RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT /RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.4234 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.132 of 2022 on the file of this Honble Court dated on 18.04.2022 relating to the condition to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thoothukudi at 10.30 AM on every 1st and 3rd Monday of every month till the disposal of the criminal appeal.

Prayer in CRL A(MD). 132/2022 :

To call for the records and set aside the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thoothukudi in S.C.No.221 of 2018 dated 05.10.2021 and acquit the Appellant from the charge leved against petitioner.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESWARAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner seeks to relax the condition imposed on him in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4234 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.132 of 2022, dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2223 of 2023 18.04.2022, to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Thoothukudi at 10.30 a.m. on every 1st and 3rd Monday of every month, till the disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the condition is being complied with regularly till date from 02.05.2022.

3.Since the petitioner/ accused complied with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court on the first Monday of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
