RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl O.P.(MD) No.19405 of 2016 dated 06.10.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.POLEX LEGAL SOLUTIONS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition imposed on the petitioner, viz., (to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders), is

modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, i.e, on the 1st & 3rd Sundays at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders. In addition to the above, the petitioner is also required to report before the respondent police as when required.
