This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.192/2023, pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that the parties have amicably settled their issue. Hence he prays to quash the FIR. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the second accused is having two previous cases and fourth accused is having eight cases, pending against them. 2/4

4.Though the parties have settled their issue, considering the antecedent of the accused Nos.2 and 4, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
