This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry with regard to the civil complaint.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted and the petitioner was also appeared before the respondent police for enquiry. After completion of the enquiry, the complaint has been closed.
