: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2019 and further direct the respondents not to open TASMAC wine shop in Shop No.17/50A/10 or in Shop No.17/135B1/B2/B3 at Market Road, Karunkal, Kanyakumari District as which is against the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

W.P.(MD)No.2668 of 2020 petition seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 28.11.2019, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submitted that upon measurement made, it is found that there is no prohibition violating the distance rules.

2. In such view of the matter, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
