Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks return of the petition mentioned vehicle that was seized following registration of a criminal case under Essential Commodities Act. The petitioner is having one previous case of the same nature. I, therefore, cannot grant relief in the writ petition. The petitioner can very well move the jurisdictional Criminal Court for return of the petition mentioned vehicle by filing a petition under Section 451 of Cr.P.C. If such a petition is filed, the same will be considered on merits and in accordance with law. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
