RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extent the time to the petitioners for surrender/ appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District to execute the bail bonds.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.KANNAPPAN.A.R., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.41 of 2021, dated 06.01.2021 2.This Court by an order dated 06.01.2021 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are in-laws and they are husband and wife and they were unable to produce two sureties before the learned Magistrate. Hence he seeks modification. 3.Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties is modified to the effect https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with common surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered. 4.In view of the same, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the common surety is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. sd/- 15/02/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
