PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to provide adequate Police Protection from the interference of the fourth respondent to the peaceful possession of the scheduled suit property and also for the life and limb of the Petitioner, based on the representation dated 29.01.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to provide adequate Police Protection from the interference of the fourth respondent to the peaceful possession of the scheduled suit property and also for the life and limb of the Petitioner, based on the representation dated 29.01.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 08.02.2022.
