ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to continue the enquiry in Na.Ka.no.12512/A4/2022, dated 11-08-2023 and Na.Ka.no.12512/A4/2022, dated 03-10-2023 on the basis of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 02-01-2024.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
