ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct proper enquiry upon the representation dated 13.01.2025 based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 27.08.2024 and take appropriate action against the respondents No.4 & 5 in accordance with law within a time frame.
2.The petitioner, who sustained serious injuries on the attack of the fourth respondent, had sent a request for registration of the complaint. After initiating enquiry in CSR.No.909 of 2024, the official respondents has not taken any action. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint, the third 2/4
respondent conducted enquiry. However, the petitioner has not produced any medical records. If the petitioner produced medical records to substantiate that he had suffered injuries, the same would be considered. 4.Recording the above submission, the petitioner is directed to produce medical records before the third respondent and the third respondent is directed to take appropriate action, in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
