The petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.348 of 2014 dated 19.06.2014 for the offences under Sections 420, 294(b) and 506 (ii) of Indian Penal Code, on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. The matter had been adjourned on earlier occasion on 18.11.2014, as follows: "At request, post in the month of December 2014" 4.A bare reading of the complaint in the case informs of an elderly lady, aged 78 years having been induced into executing a power of attorney and usurpation of sale proceeds. A prima facie case exists. Accordingly, the petition shall stand dismissed. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition No.1 of 2014 is closed.
