Thangapappa and thereby direct them to accommodate the Petitioner's son namely, D. Jeyasankar in any post under compassionate ground within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. O R D E R
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned counsels appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents made a submission that the writ petitions separately filed by the 3rd respondent in W.P.(MD) Nos.419 and 665 of 2021 were disposed of and challenging the same, Writ Appeals in W.A.(MD) Nos.1484 and 1485 of 2021 were filed and they are pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.
2. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. The parties are at liberty to agitate the matter before the Hon'ble Division Bench.
3. With the above liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
