ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.3 of 2020 on the file of the learned learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in C.C.No.3 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
