ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give police protection for petitioner's life, limb during fencing the petitioner's property in Survey No.197/3B in Patta No.563 situated at Koonchani Village, Kilamalai Group, Devakkottai Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2020.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action.
