O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif to dispose the E.P.No.8 of 2020 in O.S.No.82 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Natham in a time bound manner as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the revision petitioners/plaintiffs have filed a suit in O.S.No.82 of 2014 and the same was decreed on 03.03.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1 / 2

Thereafter, they have filed an Execution Proceedings in E.P.No.8 of 2020 in O.S.No.82 of 2014 has been filed in the year 2020, which was pending for filing counter.

3.Since the said E.P.No.8 of 2020 in O.S.No.82 of 2014 is pending from the year 2020, the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham, is directed to dispose of the said E.P.No.8 of 2020 in O.S.No.82 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
