This petition is filed to quash the chargesheet in Spl.S.C.No.35 of 2019 on the file of the Special Court for POSCO Act, FTC, Mahila Court, 1/4

Virudhunagar district at Srivilliputhur.

2.There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. 3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the case in Spl.S.C.No. 35 of 2019 was ended in conviction of the petitioner. The petitioner was convicted to undergo 10 years imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs only). Against the order, the petitioner has filed a criminal appeal in C.A.No.420 of 2022 and the same is pending. 4.In view of the submission made by the prosecution, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
