RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in M.P.(MD)NO.1 of 2014 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9351 of 2013 on the file of this Honourable Court dated on 07.08.2013, and thus renders justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SUNDAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crliminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 16.09.2013 onwards. He further submits that the investigation has been over and the charge sheet has also been filed, but not taken on file.

2. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
