2. According to the learned government Advocate [Criminal side], the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.
