Prayer: This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to withdraw the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.71 of 2019, on the file of the Sub Judge, Sankarankoil and to transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Kovilpatti. For Petitioner : Mr.R.M.Makesh Kumaravel For Respondent : Mr.R.J.Karthick

O R D E R

This petition is filed by the husband for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.71 of 2019, now pending on the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankoil to the file of Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.There is a volley of action, which the learned counsel on either side made and to the extent this Court understands, they both appear to flirt with the institution of marriage. This Court does not want to be judgemental of the conduct or character of the parties herein. It is suffice to say that since the distance to be travelled is not much, this Court does not find any need to order transfer of H.M.O.P.No.71 of 2019, now pending on the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankoil to the file of Sub Court, Kovilpatti 4.In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. The learned Sub Judge, Sankarankoil may however try to explore possibility of an amicable settlement between the parties and is further directed to dispose of the matter within a period of 6(six) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject however to any regulations on running physical Court during https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
