To pass an order to call for the records and set aside the judgment passed in C.A.No.40 of 2016 dated 23.08.2022 on the file of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kuzhithurai confirming the Judgment passed in C.C.No.205 of 2007 dated 02.03.2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate NO.I, Kuzhithurai and allow the Criminal Revision Petition.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVAKUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.13161 of 2022 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.1044 of 2022 on 03.11.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
