2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner, viz., (to report before the respondent police daily at 10 am., until further orders), is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, i.e., 1st and 3rd Sundays at 10.00 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ a.m., until further orders. In addition, the petitioner shall also

report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
