PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not known of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under section 420 of IPC, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.This Court by the order dated 08.05.2019 has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners for a period of two weeks with a condition that in the meanwhile the respondent police shall either register a case or drop further action. Further it was ordered that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

once FIR is registered, the said order shall become infructuous and petitioners have to file afresh for anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the complaint is still pending at enquiry stage. Hence, this petition need not to be kept pending. The interim anticipatory bail is extended till the registration of FIR. Once FIR is registered, this order shall become infructuous. The petitioners have to file a fresh application. 5.With the aforesaid observations, the Criminal Petition is closed.
