This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 05.09.2014 investigate into the same in accordance with law and to file final report at the earliest. 2.When the matter was called on 13.12.2017, at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 18.12.2017. Accordingly, the parties were appeared before the Mediation Centre and arrived at a settlement between themselves and they have entered into an agreement. The Registry filed the report before this Court dated 14.02.2018.
