2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 13.11.2016 onwards and the investigation is almost over in this case.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
