Respondents Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent police to forward the petitioner's complaint to the third respondent office for further action and enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.01.2022 and the proceedings of the first respondent in C.No.78/Camp/COP/TRC/2021, dated 29.07.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

2.The petitioner had presented a complaint before the second respondent. It is now stated that as per the circular, dated 29.07.2021 issued by the first respondent, it is the third respondent who will be competent to enquire into the petitioner's complaint.

3.Instead of directing the second respondent to transfer the papers to the third respondent, the petitioner is permitted to give a fresh complaint before the third respondent. The third respondent shall conduct an enquiry and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks after a fresh complaint is given by the petitioner herein.
