This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in crime No.92 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR in crime No.92 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been enquired and the same was closed on 12.09.2018 as 'Mistake of Fact' and RCS has also been filed before the Concerned Court.
