ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.02.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 420,468,471 of IPC and Sections 4(1-A),14-A of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and Under Rule 6,7,11 Tamil Nadu Rectified Spirit Rules 2000 in Crime No.782 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has already been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed.
