3.This Court by an order dated 08.05.2019 has granted anticipatory bail with condition that if a regular case is registered, the said order will become infructuous and also directed the respondent police to file status report on 06.06.2019. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the complaint is pending at enquiry stage. Hence, this petition need not to be kept pending. As per the order passed by this Court dated 08.05.2019, it is open to the petitioners, if a regular case is registered to file fresh petition.
