ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 30.06.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.12940 of 2021, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the order of the Writ Court has been challenged in an intra Court appeal, which is posted along with batch of Writ Appeals covering the issue. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the present Contempt Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
