ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to take necessary legal action based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2026 and in turn the first respondent directing the third respondent to take on file the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.08.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
