OP (MD) NO. 19964 of 2016 vide order dated 19,10.2016 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.R.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Mrs.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a student, studying in an Engineering College at Coimbatore and this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, imposed one of the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore for four Sundays at 10.30am and since there is no provision in appearing before the Commissioner of Police, the petitioner seeks suitable modification in the order and he may be allowed to appear before the Saravanampatti Police Station, Coimbatore in order to comply with the conditions.
3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner, viz., (to report before the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore for four Sundays at 10.30 am), is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Saravanampatti Police Station, Coimbatore for four Sundays at 10.30am and thereafter, as and when required before the respondent police.
4. The Principal of S.N.S.College of Technology, Coimbatore shall ensure whether the petitioner/student is attending the classes in the colleges regularly and send his attendance report once in three months till the completion of course to the Registrar Judicial, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. sd/- 14/11/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
