ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue a non-traceable certificate on the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.08.2021.
2. It is seen that on receipt of the said complaint, the second respondent conducted investigation and it is pending.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that these kind of complaints have to be investigated carefully, since the original documents were already mortgaged and simply lodged the complaint to escape from the clutches of law. W.P(MD)No.2378 of 2022 intended to sell the same by producing the non-traceable certificate. Therefore, it needs further time to consider the request made by the petitioner.
4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass orders on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 09.08.2021, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
