This petition has been filed seeking direction to call for the records in pursuant to the Crime No.454/2021 on the file of Vaiyampatty Police Station, Trichy and QUASH the same as far as this petitioners concerned.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No.454 of 2021 and also closed the same as 'Mistake of Fact ' on 22.12.2021 itself.
