O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to extend the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.75 Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 25.07.2012 and G.O.Ms.No.12, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and De-notified Communities Welfare Department dated 01.02.2011 and to grant Special Grade and Selection Grade with all monitory benefits of the Secondary Grade Teacher and Head Master of elementary school by taking the petitioner's entire service as Secondary Grade Teacher and in the post of Head Master from the date of entitlement and to pay the arrears consequent to the same by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.

The petitioner claims that the aforesaid Government Orders are applicable to his case and therefore, he is entitled for the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition. Admittedly, a representation was given by the petitioner for the aforesaid purpose on 27.12.2021. Admittedly, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents till date.

3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is directed to be considered within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's aforesaid representation dated 27.12.2021, within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation as it is for the first respondent to consider the same on merits.
