O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to give adequate police protection from the accused persons to save the life and limb of the petitioners by considering the complaint dated 18.07.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the fifth respondent, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.28 of 2020 by the fourth respondent and during enquiry if it is found protection is required, necessary protection will be given to the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
