RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl. OP(MD) NO. 19839 of 2016 by an order dated 14.10.2016 for a further period of fifteen days and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

2. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is willing to pay costs (to be fixed by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court), to anyone of the orphanages/trusts.

4. Under such circumstances, time for complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.19839 of 2016 dated 14.10.2016 is extended for further period of two weeks from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready, subject to the condition that the petitioner pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) as costs to "Indian Association for the Blind, Sundarajampatty, Alagar Kovil Main Road, Arumbanur Post, Madurai" on or before 24.11.2016. The petitioner is also directed to produce the receipt before the lower Court, failing which, this order shall stand automatically dismissed, without further reference to this Court.
