ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 not to permit the second Mandagapidi festival of Arulmigu Kailashanathar Temple of Vanaramanickam and other Temple festival in the petitioner's Village.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that when the allegations regards to the second Mandagapidi festival of Arulmigu Kailashanathar Temple of Vanaramanickam, the Peace Committee Meeting was going on between the petitioner's group and the seventh respondent group on the file of the fifth respondent. Only after any decision taken in the Peace Committee Meeting or mutual agreement between the parties, the conduct of the Temple festival will be permitted.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(Records) // True Copy // / /2022 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) ps Note :
