This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 742/2022, on the file of the Inspector of Police, D-1 Thallakulam Police station, Madurai District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, the first respondent police had filed a charge sheet, vide CNR.No.TNMD070017462023, before the jurisdictional Court. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
