ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue, Nambi, daughter of Perumal, aged about 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 03.02.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) submitted that the detenue, Nambi, daughter of Perumal, appeared before the second respondent on 21.02.2021 and reported that she was not kidnapped by anybody and on her own interest, she is staying with other person.
