This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.46 of 2014 pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
