ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to include penal provisions under section 354 of IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992 in Crime No.12 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent and to file final report within the time stipulated.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that investigation in Crime No.12 of 2020 is already concluded and referred charge sheet is also made ready and sought two weeks time to file a closure report before the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the said report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
