ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.09.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC, in Crime No.380 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that coaccused has already been granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20029 of 2015 on 15.10.2015 and that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.154 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused was already granted bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 03/11/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
