ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MAHESH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the judgment and decree of the appeal before the first appellate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he applied for certified copy. But, so far he has not obtained the certified copy. 3.The petitioner can get certified copy and produce the same before this Court. Hence, dispense with is not required.
