The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking direction against the second Respondent to conclude the enquiry by considering the representation dated 17.01.2024. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the Respondents 1 and 2, would submit that based on the Petitioner's complaint, CSR.No.573 of 2023 was registered and the third Respondent was summoned, enquired and heard. After enquiry, CSR.No.573 of 2023 was closed. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
