2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

condition already imposed on the petitioner, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
