ORDER
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking direction against the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under guise of an enquiry.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that already the third Respondent had preferred a complaint with the second Respondent, based on which CSR receipt was issued in CSR No.1003 of 2023. Thereafter, enquiry was conducted and closed. Subsequently, this complaint had been received, based on which the case was taken as current paper in C.No.G3/2301/295/2024 dated 01.02.2024. He would further submit that the Respondent Police undertakes to follow the circular issued by the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu / Head of State Police Force and the Additional Director General of Police, Law and Order, Tamil Nadu.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
