The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the complaint of one Anand , the respondent police is harassing this petitioner for the past 15 days and when the matter is taken up for hearing on last occasion the respondent police informed the same and during the interregnum period this petitioner is again harassed by the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that there is neither a complaint nor a case has been registered against the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
