ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 23.04.2019 for the offences under Sections 229(A) of IPC ,in connection with the crime number 157 of 2019, pending on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the earlier the petitioner was arrested by the respondent police for the offence under Sections 279 and 304(A) of IPC in crime number 112 of 2018 and was released on bail and due to his non- appearance in that case, he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the offence under section 229(A) of IPC in crime No. 157 of 2019. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent. The petitioner was not able to appear before the trial court. The learned counsel undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

5.Considering the nature of the case and considering the period of incarceration , I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, of whom, one should be a blood related surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy District and on further condition that:

6.Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai, Trichy District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai, Trichy District daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders. sd/- 08/05/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
