This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to conduct fresh tender in transparent manner by appointing a separate officer not below the rank of Revenue Divisional Officer in respect of the works carried under 14th and 15th Central Finance Commissions by following the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act and Rules.
2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that all the works have already been completed.
