ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused in O.R.No.188 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 135(1)(i)(A), 135(1)(i)(B), 135(1)(i)(c) of Customs Act, 1962 on the file of the respondent, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.08.2015. They seek bail.

2.According to the prosecution that the accused, who are citizens of Malaysia, smuggled gold to India in Air Asia flight AK29. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are in judicial custody for more than 53 days. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation is almost over.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released

on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for one week and thereafter as and when required.
